“Recently I fell while cleaning outdoor kitchen windows so off to ER we went to confirm a broken arm. After 5 hours we returned home to 90 degree temp inside the house. (Not something you want in August in Texas!) We called Carthage Air at 430p and they were here within an hour (which is 30 miles away). As we sat in our car in the a/c we watched Kyle repair the wires that the ladder had pulled and returned the a/c to a working appliance. We were so relieved to have air conditioning again. It had been a tough day! Then 10 days later Carthage Air reinforced their professionalism by calling to make sure everything was working, including me! I highly recommend this company, their staff, their professionalism and their attitude. They care for their customers as much as the repairs.”
