SILVER MAINTENANCE PROGRAM

- 10% Off Service
- 1 Precision check up per year
- $50 accrual towards new equipment for each consecutive year of membership (up to $500)
- Priority Service on HVAC system
- Remove blower assembly and clean
- Vacuum cabinet
- Check components: relays, switches, wires, etc.
- Blow out drain line; treat drain pan with tablets
- Clean coil in place
- Change batteries in all thermostats (if applicable)
- Clean dryer vent and lint trap on dryer
- Check smoke detector; replace batteries in fall (or before if needed)
- Check heating components, gas, and safety switches
- Clean home / work area
- Clean outdoor unit electrical compartment / inspect wires and components
- Clean condensing unit
- Check thermostat wire and copper insulation; replace it necessary
- Check refrigerant if necessary

- 12-month supply of filters provided by Carthage Air
- Priority Service on HVAC system
