“Called Carthage Air out for a diagnostic assessment on my lower unit they told me it would be 99 dollars to come out i said that would be fine. without telling me he puts a 25 dollar capacitor on and tells me I owe Carthage Air 335.00 dollars. I don't recommend this company at all. I would recommend Hal's A/C in carthage they where a little busy and couldn't get to me.”

“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Carthage Air. I have a maintenance agreement with them, and their officealways calls with appointment reminders for this which I appreciate. The technicians that come are always friendly and professional and always answer any questions that I have. Also, since I have the maintenance agreement, they came out even though it was a holiday or the weekend when I had a problem. I highly recommend Carthage Air!”
