From the minute I place call and the young men tell me goodbye at the door, I feel cared for. They are always prompt and very polite. They explain everything to me so I understand what the problem is and what to expect in the way of cost. I have never been disappointed in the service I receive.
“Carthage Air was prompt and professional. They were honest when they came out to service my old unit that another company had been servicing for years. They gave me several options to choose from and helped me pick the best unit for my needs once I decided to replace the old unit. There were no hidden surprises or charges. I will continue use them for my HVAC maintenance needs in the future and recommend them to anyone requiring HVAC replacement and/or service give them a call.”
